Wow! I'm laughing so hard at some of the answers, I almost busted a gut. First, yes. The digestive system of women is the same as men. Women don't get drunk faster because their digestive system is different. They get drunk faster because they usually have less body mass. A woman's intestine also isn't any longer than a man's "because it has to go around the uterus. Intesting don't 'go around' the uterus." Again, body size is the factor. A women's intestine simply rest on top of it. If that seems logically, one would think a man has more intestine because he doesn't have a uterus and ovaries taking up space in his abdomen. Why a woman's digestive system may seem different.... Women's bodies are often subject to hormonal changes that can effect digestion. Women are also usually a lot more particular about toileting. I've never known a man who wouldn't walk into some bushes, if the feeling hit them, and take care of their business. Women will tend to hold it as long as humanly possible, until they find a clean restroom, or get home. Holding in feces will sometimes cause the urge to pass. This can result in results in constipation, because the large intestine (colon) absorbs water from stool. Women suffer from constipation much more often than men.

it's the same digestive system. you eat food and it goes down your esophagus into your stomach where it is digested and then through your intestines, your colon, then into the toilet.

well women DO NOT have similar digestive system...
- they cannot keep on eating like we men do...
- they get drunk very fast
- when they take viagra it doesn't affect
- they cannot hold their pee
- they cannot hold a secret (secrets are kept in stomach..lolz)

Nope, we have several hearts (we have to love men, puppies, babies, all sorts), smaller brains (when we have you around who needs to think?) and our stomachs are much smaller so you can have more.
