my computer is acting freaky it was fine a while ago but now its all wierd my anti virus doesnt dectect anything (i have nortan antivirus) and when ever i try to play a game most of the time i get a bsod or i get frozensomeone ehlp me

If you have ruled out that it is not a virus or spyware then you might be dealing with a hardware problem. Specifically this sounds similar to a lot of bad hard drive problems that I have dealt with. Do you hear clicking from your hard drive? If so then it is bad. You should have a CD from the manufacturer that allows you to run some diagnostics on the hardware. I would try that.

Hello,I would first uninstall Norton anti virus and put maybe McAfee or some other virus scanner on it and scan it with that Norton does not work good at all I do not think I lost one computer with it and it slow es your computer down so much it hearts to tell you lol.You can also run a scan disk on it and defragg it and then shut it down take to side case off and blow all the dust out of it with a can of air if it has a lot of dust in it the presser will over heat and make the computer mess up a lot.Try these things and see if it helps.

I think you should try to restore back to two days before you started downloading your games,then cleandisk then defrag you pc,this should help your problem,But the number one problem these days is people never check if there pc are capable for gaming,If you do not have a voodoo3000 or better gaming card in your pc then your sunk,not all pc can tolerate games,So my advice is to have it checked to see if it has this type of card or simular type video card,and if not you will need to buy one,or this problem will not go away,Got the message?

first of all uninstall nortan antivirus because it occupies half of the processes of the operating systems,so install avast or mcafee antivirus it will be effective than nortan antivirus and before that reinstall os.
