During a recent sickness, my blue channel catfish lost his whisker.
Will he regrow it?

Yes, it should regrow. You should use melafix to make sure the wound does not get affected.

i would say so
one of my fish got sick and attacked by another fish... lost most of its fins...
its fins grew back and is now nice and healthy
