Your question is kinda hard to understand but as far I understand you want to find an address of another person from the internet? Well do you want the IP address or the real address where that person leaves. Well, if you want the real address you must know the IP, then call the internat company ho owns that IP, and they know ho has that IP, but that's ilegal. So the short ansower is: YOU CAN'T!

Type the name and city of the person into Google. If that doesn't work go to www.whitepages.com. Google should work for most people.

If you go to TheUltimates.com
you can enter his name and the town & state ... maybe then something will turn up. (try just his last name first)
or if you know his phone number you could do a reverse lookup.
But it has to be a land ph number not a cel phone #.
