It is my understanding that raccoons (although cute to look at) can be quite the fighter and do damage far beyond your imagination so if your shaking a stick at a bush to scare them away I hope it is a very long stick and big one too. lol.

Raccoons have opposable thumbs, be sure to lock your doors and windows. They like to steal shiney objects if you don't.
I recomend you buy a gun, and learn to use it.

for alittle while. i tried the ol' sitck manuever once and it only kept the lil rascals away for about 2 hours. their frisky little devils...watch your back girl.
