In a PG13 you can say the F word only once. When you say the F word twice, it becomes rated R.
But you can use the SH word a lot of times before it become R.

I think that all curse word is allowed in PG13 movies now-a-days, just not nudity or too much gory violence.

"A film's single use of one of the harsher sexually derived words, though only as an expletive, shall initially require the Rating Board to issue that film at least a PG-13 rating. More than one such expletive must lead the Rating Board to issue a film an R rating, as must even one of these words used in a sexual context. These films can be rated less severely, however, if by a special vote, the Rating Board feels that a lesser rating would more responsibly reflect the opinion of American parents." -MPAA (motion picture association of america)

I think maybe damn is allowed, s**t definitely isn't, I can't even spell it out here for heaven's sake. Hell would be allowed because it could be construed as a place, as well as a cuss word. That's it, though, I think.
