If you have been made sick or unhealthy by careless use of radiation at high levels, do you have rights?

by law to do anything about it, and if their where no warning signs or cautions saying radiation area but you where made to pass 2 times in the radiation by armed guards what could you do or who would you talk to about it, i need help and direction on this.it made me very sick for over a week and made my teeth bleed and i was very very weak its been almost a year and i still have problems over it, help please

2 large grids, i was told to park in front of one grid while it being inline with the rear grid, later passing under a larger grid all of which where for the use of doing x-rays on a large scale, the operators of the equipment where 20 feet away from me,any radiation that could pass through me and my car was very strong, plus i have a publication to back up my story, it was printed by a well known firm, as well i have documents to prove i passed through this area.this unmarked hazard area was not legal,all known hazard areas by law must have warning signs, thats a national law and government regulated law.

Any type of radiation has to be CAREFULLY monitored by law. Reports have to be given on the amount used weekly or monthly or yearly or however often your company reports. Because of ignorant and uneducated uses of radiation before, laws were implemented to regulate or control radiation exposure. "Careless" use of radiation just couldn't be because there are Laws to prevent it.

Let me see I doubt your condition has anything to do with it, since the "armed guards" would also have gotten sick to.

And I doubt there was carless use of radiation, what type ??
