here it is, i have this half friend, she wants to be friends with me , but i dont wanna be friends with her, mbut shes clingy so shes always around me, and then there are these 2 popular girls and when the half friend hangs out with me they dont wanna hang out with me cuz they hate her, these popular girls are also my friends. i fint my self hanging out with the half friend, and using her cuz she has money, lol
so what do i do????

I agree with most of them; please don't be so selfish. Although friendship, like love, may be selfish, it's not suppose to be selfish in a financial way. Just stick with the friends whom you think will bring you joy and not money. If you hang out with the 'popular' girls, will they be by your side when you're down in the dumps? Think it over, pal.

Ok i used to be in the SAME position, the thing is, if you know that your half friend is NOT going to catch you when you fall, than you need to find someone who can. Because money can only last for so long, but friends can last forever. So be friends with the person who you KNOW can last a life time.

well, first you have to realize why you are only half friends.. is it that the good part is she only has money? because that isn't fair to either of you- she's being used, and you don't get to be with the people you want to. and if those popular kids won't hang out with you because they hate your friend, they aren't worth it. try and figure out whats up with your half friend, and realize who your true friends are. then you can make the right decision. ..anything else? give me a holler through my email. good luck!

For years I have "purged" friends that either I didnt care for or did not have my best interest in mind. I would suggest that you tell the friend that you dont like that you dont think it is a good idea for you to be friends. Emphasis that it is a YOU problem and not her, as this should minimize hurting her feelings.
I would also suggest that you deal with her more honestly and stop using her.

I would be friends w/ the popular one's honestly.and you shouldn't force yourself to be friends w/ the half friend cuz i had a friend that was clingy and she just ruined my reputation. Everyone thought me and the half friend were best friends when i didn't even like her as a best friend so don't let that happen to you. So if you want to have popular friends go w/ the popular grls, and if you want to have clingy friends that will SOON ruin your reputation then go w/ the clingy friends that will soon tell everyone your best friends... and then your reputation will be ruined and I'll type I TOLD YOU SO!lol

Drama issues. Good heck. Well if you don't want to be friends with her in the first place stop using her, its not right although it seems easy its not right! Secondly, think about her feelings and what she's gone through. Its your decision on who you want to have as friends. who will you benifit more from and become a better you?

Wow that is hard.... I know what you are going though. Do not use her for her money, you will just dig your self a deeper hole because she will think that you actually want to be her friend. It is hard but you have to talk to her about your situation.

the only way to get her to at least distance herself is to tell her you don't want to hang out. and by the way don't tell her you used her for her money cuz in that case honesty is not the best policy.

i would only keep her around so that when i did not have no one to hang out with then i would hang out with her and that would be the only time that i would hang out with here lol well that is bad but that is what i would do
