It would have 49 years of bad luck. If it were a human that broke it would only be 7 years since every human year is one year. But in doggy years one human year is 7 doggy years so, if one year is seven years and normally there would be 7 years of bad luck the dog would have 49 years of bad luck. It's pretty much 7x7=49.

49, they get the usual 7 plus they have 7 dog years in one human year so that would be 49 years of bad luck. Ouch!
