Boys should start when they get that bum fluff on thier face, it looks so ridiculous when they try and make a little moustache out of it! And I think hairy armpits on women are just gross!

That really depends on the person but you usually get hair (on the face) around 11 or 12. Not a lot but some. Studies have shown that if you shave, they tend to grow faster. Not fast enough to notice the change but slightly faster.

For guys? When they start getting fuzz, that's unless they want to grow a beard, of course, which I like. The armpit thing is purely cultural. (Also female's legs, don't forget!) I've found that the majority of women think hair on a guy's legs & arms etc. is incredibly sexy. One gal told me that otherwise, they looked like skinned rats. Different strokes for different folks, razor blade, that is. Whatever pleases you.

you're precise, it does get previous, yet while i pass like 2-3 days without shaving, my hair gets kinda long. A month could be nuts! to no longer point out it may in all probability harm while the month grew to become into over. besides, i does no longer do it in September cuz this is my birthday month!

When you don't like what is growing on your face or perhaps if people start saying "you look scruffy!"
I never had let hair grow on my face, but I have over the last few days. People (friends and family) have been saying all sorts of things like- "stand closer to the razor, you scruffy bugger", and "razor boat gone down, has it?".
I might let it grow for a few more days to see what it looks like.
And if I don't like it I will shave it off.

When it starts getting obvious! I had to start at age 14 cos everybody in high school was calling me captain caveman! That was an electric one tho. I started on the razors at about 16.

The "emotional aspects" of a lady's armpit hair can be devastating to her, or they can merely go unnoticed..... depending upon the culture in which she is raised.
%Some cultures acually PROMOTE the armpits as (the woman's) "garden" and how much "fur" she grows there determines her fertility-"value" to prospective mates.
Other cultures prefer all and any unnecessary hair to be totally removed, for the ^ same "value", or beauty.

When they get hairs on their bum. The others don't matter but those ones no body likes just like nose & ear hair but you pluck them.

when they geanerally need too, but also if u have to go to work, i never shave when i have holidays just for work..
