Nope. 4th amendment. Just as long as you dont try to sell the exact copy of the tape and label it with different creators than the original. You will be fine. Im sure alot of people will enjoy watching that!

as long as it is considered a parody, you should be ok. if you are only speeding up the speech and not changing the words or meaning, there is absolutely nothing they can do.
