Every US taxpayer should be screaming about their taxes! Just remember that only the Congress can fund the government. All spending legislation has to originate in the House of Representatives.

The people who believe in fiscal responsibility have, hopefully, been screaming about jr.'s six year, unbridled, spending spree for years. When it comes to the "voices", he has selective hearing.
As far as he is concerned, when it comes to paying; that bill will be, as usual, passed on to the lower classes and future generations.

They'll be bawling like a newborn baby, but the price of pacifiers will skyrocket and they'll find a way to cash in, probably bribe the Surgeon-General to make them mandatory, or fund a clinical trial that proves they're better than breast feeding.
