I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND WENT TO THE LOO AND WIPES SOUNDS GROSS BUT IT WAS ALL GOOEY LIKE MUCAS THERE WAS ALSO BLOOD IN IT IM 30 WEEEKS TODAY IS IT THE PLUG OR NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT

The mucus plug is a gooey accumulation of mucus that is lost as the cervix begins to dilate. The mucus plug can have brown, pink, or red streaks of blood. What you describe sounds like it might be the mucus plug. Please call your obstetrician asap for a check up. He/she will be able to determine if it was the plug by checking the status of your cervix. Usually, the plug remains intact until at least the 36th week, so please, call your doctor asap just to be on the safe side.
