and anyone else who wants to join in, what's happened to the latest batch of horror movies. Or are they just comedies?

Many of the intended horror movies haven't been that scary or that great.

It is my opinion that horror movies have lost there appeal to the general public, because every avenue of horror has been gone down.
Censorship regulations limit the amount of "horror" they can show, and compared with computer games and the like, they do not stand a chance.
Maybe we should bring back some of the old Hammer House of Horrors movies, even in black and white, they were still entertaining, and may even scare the younger generation out there without all the blood guts and gore.
