I think if i watch it, Christmas will never be the same again!!!
Plus i kind of find it disturbing and intimidating toward Christians and ppl who celebrate christmas!!...

I think that it's a movie, like a bazillion other movies. People can read meanings into most anything and come up with something negative or positive, in some cases, to rationalize their choices in this life.
It's a horror movie, and there have been other horror movies released on Christmas in the past. If you're going to let a movie shape your feelings for years to come, then you should probably stop watching movies and start living life instead.

I dont think it looks very good. horror movies never have a good plot. Maybe if it was smart and scary, but it's not. it's just about hot chicks and a killer.
big deal...
and also, christmas has already been ruined by all the commercialism and the presents and stuff like that. a scary movie that will probably be in theatres for a month isn't going to make much of a difference.

I will go see it but just not on xmas. Too busy. but I think it will be a big hit goths and people who enjoy "dark" movies. it will just intensify the creepyness of the movie. Dark movie on a jolly day = $$ ticket sales. I used to work at a movie theater and christmas day was one of the busiest lots of sell outs

I took one look at the preview and I just laughed. It looked ridiculous. I'm a fan of horror movies, but christ, that movie just looks silly. As for it being disturbing and intimidating towards christians.... well.... I'm christian and the premise doesn't bother me one bit.

christmas is not the same for the whole mankind.when we say white christmas it means you have alot and plentiful during christmas while black christmas means you have nothing.Well there is no harm watching the movie.the creator only wants to give his or her opinion regarding christmas nevertheless its just a story

I hate it, it's giving people the wrong idea of christmas. I hate the company that made that, whoever it is. You just don't mix christmas w/ blood, chainsaws, or death. You just don't. The company just doesn't have any prinicples

I want to go see it. The 1974 original has been my favorite xmas horror movie since I was a little turd..... im curious to see how the remake will turn out.
