Without a doubt the first one. You can't ever look at talking dolls the same after watching that movie.

None scared me enough to not want to see them again ,but the first one was pretty creepy when I first watched it.

I didnt find them that scary..... but the bride of chucky is my favorite. The seed of chucky is good too.
