There is no First Lady and I assume her husband would be the First Man. Since this has never happened, no one really knows. If it should be Hillary Clinton, Bill would still be Mr. President since that's a title you keep for life, so we would have Mr. and Mrs. Presidents Clinton - I guess.

Technically, his title should be "First GentleMan"
Keep in mind this will be unprecedented and a new title for the nation to deal with in the U.S. and within the government. Not to mention in the media and the main stream public
Neither would be the "First Lady"... that title would be held for the next female whose husband is the next president of the U.S.

probable the 1st Gentleman, First guy, or First Husband. maximum probably, they'll watch for what the 1st one needs to be observed as and that they are going to proceed to apply that. i'm thinking First guy is maximum probably.

Good question!!! First gentleman? Please say not Hilary! I really REALLY want a democrat to win, but even I can't stand Hilary.I really like Obama & I would vote for him, but I don't know if the rest of the US would. I can't see the red states voting for a woman or a person of color.

Well there won't be a first lady, just a "first spouse" or "first man" or "first consort" etc. or "guy who sleeps with the Commander in Chief."
