Sony does not release service manuals to the general public.
Try using the above mentioned link. You'll have to pay for it.
If you know someone that works for the service department of circuit city or best buy that should be able to access it through the sony partner web site. (login and password required)--Miine has expired sorry I can't help with that.

www.download.com type the name of the sofware then click the green arrow next to the ,software you want it should start downloading automatically
