Pick up a book and read. Books open the world of imagination and history.
Go for a walk. Ride your bike if the weather permits. Call a friend. Play with your dog. Clean your room/house.
You have a computer. Use it to learn about something new. Play games.
And don't forget there is still a thing call television.

search for torrent sites (a few questions about them on Yahoo Answers...)
then download movies so you can watch later...
that is if you don't want to
eat
gym
do yahoo answers
buy stuff
read
listen to music:- that is a good boredom killer, listening to music while you're doing 'stuff'
make your room (how parenty is that)
call some one & waste their life
call soemone and waste your life
sleep
in fact, it's 3.25am right now so i think I'M going to go sleep...
i hope this gives you a coupla ideas, or at least helps you spend a few extra boredom-less seconds...

just type in anything you're interested in e.g. interviews, comedy
stand up comedy...
there are loads of things to watch over there dependin on your interests.
even if you're interested in fights, or breakdancing or whatever...
that's worth doing: watch stuff on YouTube it takes a coupla seconds to load up already but once you do, it's all there for you...

there are a lot of online games or maybe go out and get a drink or eat something, arcades are cool especially this dancing game pump it up it´s cool i used to think it was stupid but now i love it
