Yep, sure do. It's not that I'm saying you do because you are a convicted felon, I'm saying you do because there are alot of other things you need to know, and information you need to be able to draw from other than personal experience (if your conviction was based off of a drug offense) but I do think that because you may have experience with drugs, you might be able to be a better counselor because of it!

Yes, because you will need to be licensed. However, some places will allow you to work with counselees while you're in the process of getting your degree as long as it is under the supervision of a licensed counselor.

no, you don't need a degree. Just volunteer and you will eventually find your place.
