well not really it's just them writing the way they speak. if it irritates u then.....
but ya i can't say i hate it but i wouldn't do it. it's a kind of slang, plus some people don't want to have to write the whole word out.

I won't respond to people who type that way. Using "da" for "the" is one of my pet peeves. It sounds like, "duh," like some big buffoon who needs to make a noise but really has nothing to say. And it's not fast typing; it's thugspeak. Using gurl for girl though, isn't that what drag queens use to distinguish themselves from real girls? I kind of thought grrrl was cool, like Riot Grrrls. "We put the "grrr" in girl! That was cool.
PS It also bothers me when people use "there" for "their."

dang i guess u hate me then! cuz my sn is stargurl. with gurl like that! i don't hate it cuz it shortens words it is the same as using "u" for you and "cuz" for because or cause or "gon" for gonna. Its slang but its shorter. so that's whatever.
