1. Stop fooling around with your brother.
2. Make your family proud of you.
3. Stop being mean, try hard to be nice, practice.
4. Other stuff, do the opposite....
5. Then find out the result if it makes you feel better after that...
if it does, then keep doing it... train yourself.

Depression is a tricky thing. If it's really bad you should go to a doctor. It could be caused be a hormonal imbalance in your brain. But it could also be from some event that upset you, and it doesn't necessarily have to be anything that occurred recently. Therapy is a way for you to figure out what trigured the depression. And, most importantly, don't shut others out. You'll need a lot of support from friends and family to reallly get over this.

You have to stop and think what your doing, and change it, if your going to get mad take a walk, if your mean to people they will be mean back and thats not a good way to be. Next time you want to say something mean stop and say something nice.
Everyday do one thing nice, and keep doing it and you will see how much happier it will make you and you will eventually starting doing nice things all the time.
Kepp your head up and you can and will get through it. Be strong.

Everybody says they are this they are that, it depends on the person to whom will want to change at well. You think that it's a horrible feeling, well then get out there and act like you should act around people. Go up to that lil' bro of yours and show him that your the kind of brother that wants to make things right, stand up for him when some one puts him down, play games with him, let him be first player, the best remote controll. Do the best for him as you wished you have had done to you.

I'm betting the reason you are depressed is because you have no friends. I'm betting the reason you have no friends is because you are always mean at school. The way to get friends is, at least in large part, by being nice to people. That will probably also solve your family problems too.

You are in charge of your life., Just make better choices, Think more positive thoughts, Set goals for yourself (If you are more focused on achieving your goals there will be less time to be depressed), Make friends with positive people.
Not all us mean kids grow up to be that bad, you just have to decide to do better with you.

go see a therapist, guidance counselor at your school or family doctor, if you have no money go to a free clinic. If you are too young talk to your parents or teacher....reading books on the subjects help too...feel better :)

drugs and doctors are not the answer. finding out what makes you happy, accepting it, and doing it with confidence is the best way to rid yourself of depression.
