Just try to spend as little time as possible with them. If you have anything in common, then use those topics for conversation. Depending on how old you are, and whether or not you drive, you could always leave the house (say you'd like to stay and talk, but have a previous plan). Even the most annoying person usually has one or two tolerable qualities.

All you can do is back fire their plans........when he/she annoys you just annoy them back, Oh! and when you do this you could loose your temper so just do it for fun ;)
Or you could just tell your parents.
