My brother. There were three of us, and we lost the youngest a year ago. My brothers were both in the military recently, so in the last 8 years there has only been two Christmases when we were all together. Its made our memories that much more important when we are together. Even tonight my brother and I recounted stories to my daughter about when we were kids. We have so many funny memories of Christmases past, things my parents never had a clue about. It was nice seeing my daughter laugh at the antics of her favorite uncle thats no longer here. It was a nice change to the somberness thats overtaken most of us in the family.

Take lots of pictures during the holiday season and write down all of your favorite memories. These memories will slowly fade from your mind and pictures/notes will help you remember the good (and bad) times :)

Friends and family definitely help me remember my Christmas! But unfortunately, you can't rely on them too much as you never know how long they'll be around :(

Merry Christmas!

Hi!
Christmas was the big holiday at our house! All thru my childhood, Mother played the church organ,so our big farmhouse was always full of music! Dad would always leave the party, but soon Santa would appear with his sleigh pulled by two shetland ponies! Our big farmhouse was full of family and friends!
It's all good memories!
Merry Christmas to you all!
