Kylie Rebecca - nice rhythm, slightly unusual combination, rating 8 (out of 10)
Anastasia - too pretentious
Lacie - very nice, rate 7-8 out of 10
Kristle Lee-Ann - also pretentious, deliberate misspelling not a good idea. Crystal Leeann or Liane if you want this name.
Ryan - too common
Toby - too feminine
Casey - fairly common but okay, 5 out of 10
Mikey - do you WANT the kid to get beat up all the time?
Lyric - see "Mikey"
Naten - again deliberate misspelling, bad idea
There are lots of baby name sites online. Why don't you try combining a fairly modern name (like Kylie) with a family name (as in Rebecca, a rather old-fashioned name).

Lacie: 3, I never liked it much, but it's up to you
Kristie Lee-Ann: 8, but only if you spell it Christie, Lee-Ann is very cute and creative
Others: Reese, Darcie, Madeline, Stephanie
Ryan: 10, I love that name, it's simple and very cute
Toby: 7, another cute name
Casey: 6, nice name, but it can also be a girl's name
Mikey: 6, Michael is good, but if his really name is Mikey he's not going to like it when he is older

Other girl names I like are: Onnen Brodie, Quinn Colleen, Tayen Leigh, KayAnna or Kayanna Jaye, Stephanie Mattea, Stephanie Michelle, Kendra Nicole, Shannon Nicole, Courtney Nicole and Patricia Renae
For the boys I like Ryan, Toby and Naten. I like Lyric for a girl better.

I also do not like your spelling of Kristle
For the boys--- Lyric and Naten are not the best...I think a boy with those names would be picked on. I also don't like Mikey because it's just a nickname to me.

Those are cute names. I like the name Anastasia. With the boys names, I would be careful with Naten, because people are going to get confused and call him Nathen and he will spend his life correcting people. Take from some one with a bit of an unusual name. Also, I like the name Ayslin for a girl.
