Typically when you uninstall a device driver like a sound card and reboot your computer, it will notice and reinstall the driver for you. If not, right click on My Computer, and choose properties, the hardware tab, then device manager button. The sound card should show up in the list with a red x or yellow exclamation point. Right click the device and choose install. The install program will find the old driver on your hard drive.
Also, you could try using Windows Update. Sometimes it will see the missing driver and grab it off of the internet for you.

If using Windows XP restore your computer to a date before the files were deleted.
or
Reinstall c-media drivers. The original drivers are on a cd that came with your pc. If you don't have that go to your pc's manufacturer website and download them.

seems such as you're able to replace your sound card driving force. Use a seek engine and seek for C-Media-AC97 Audio driving force. The C-Media-AC97 Sound card chip is amazingly well known. you shouldn't have any difficulty looking one. it may no longer be the Sound Card driving force that's the difficulty, it may be an uncomplicated Hardware conflict. below the Hardware residences, examine the Hardware components tab and notice in case you have any conflicting hardware.

I am assuming that your sound card is integrated on your motherboard. If that is the case then go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and then to the support section and drivers and downloads area. You should find the exact drivers with any updates for your specific sound card.
Hope this helps...
