When I go to look something up it crashes and says send error report.Just can't figure out why?

You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
You might have a virus, so try running your Anti-virus program and run a full scan.

you need to send the report and then click on more info from the error report,it will then conect you to Microsoft's site with an explaination of possible cause of the crash's and I recomend you get this free tool and run it to fix most any thing that can be crashing your pc. http://www.iobit.com good luck.

Buy a new computer. It will cost a lot less than fixing the problem each time.
