Ouija boards can act as a "doorway," if you know what I mean. Does this also count for Tarot cards?! Someone just told me this :(

It has the same degree of similarity that riding the bus (public transportation) has to piloting your private jet does - - - they're both forms of transportation, but other than that they are different in every way.
Ouija boards use the group subconscious of several people to send out an unqualified call to the other side to anyone that wants to communicate, so you can never be sure whether the messages you get are the kind of thing you can trust or not.
Tarot cards (Rider-Waite or similars anyway) are illustrations of either the letters of Hebrew (major arcana) or principles of the Qabala (minor arcana) which act on the principle of resonance to determine the way that things are currently set to be (as a result of Hebrew being the human language that is the most similar to the 'language' YHVH used to create the world) in the present and the future - - - not absolute predictions of 'how things shall be', these settings are impacted by the free-wills of everyone involved, and of everyone that could become involved. That's why they work much better for past things, which have already happened. those who understand YHVH can trust the results of any Tarot reading (properly interpreted) absolutely.

No tarot cards are not 'doorways' if I know what you mean. Also, the run of the mill, mass produced ouija boards aren't either, despite the mass hysteria about them. Don't panic. If you have the gift, you will be able to use both. If you don't, not a thing will happen - sorry folks, but it's the truth.

IMO, ouija boards are kinda just a childs game... they may have been real at one point, but now are just kinda teens just trying to spook each other out... tarot cards, on the other hand, require just you, and something that shows u the past, present, and future. theres no room for mistakes, just as ur friend answering for you, no matter what they say.
its u and the spirits, and the other persons life in the deck.
tarot cards can be interepretated very differently in their outcome, but they do have a certain pattern in which u do things, so the answers are understandable.
if the doorway ur talking about is reaching with the spirits surrounding u, u may try a summoning spell, or a clarity spell, if u feel someone is trying to contact you.
u may also want to see a reputable psycic. however u spell it.

No ouija boards is a board w/alphabetical letters and a water glass upside down,all participants put their fore finger slightly on top of the glass, the glass will move to letters to form a sentence, It is scary, the glass will move so fast ,you hear swoosh-swoosh,then you'll blame others," you are pushing it so fast! >no I am not !! ..Tarot cards is just like an ordinary playing card w/ pictures of people ,swords,cups, pentacles,wands, I like to use tarot card to read a guy what is his intention to me. or other things.

no. Tarot cards read the person to allow for a reading of the past and future Quija boards open the doorway to the sprits for communication

Yes and No. They are similar in that they are magickal, and unchristian. They are different in that the Ouija Board is, supposedly, used to contact the dead. Tarot cards are meant for fortune telling

the doorway comes from the emotions and the power generated by the setting of an inexperienced ritual.
tarot cards are safer, because they are not items where you can see clear supernatural influence and they do not generate fear.
but it is possible. if you are not trained to use them or on a mystical path, then please do not jsut play around with them.
