In the 'About me' section, equipment is spelled incorrectly.
The left side menu is a bit too close to the text portion of the page.
I like the overall look of the left side menu. It looks very professional.
The bright green and red text really hurts my eyes and brain.
Overall, I give it a 3 (sorry I'm so harsh but it needs content. Plus my eyes hurt now).

Honestly with websites out there such as 'the weather channels' weather.com its going to be very hard to draw people into your site. If I was you I would take some time and try to think up some new content that you could add on to what you have which would help draw people to your site and not another weather related site. Also the layout and graphics look kind of scattered, messy and outdated. I would recommend trying to create a more modern design. Sorry If I sound harsh just trying to help since you asked. I know how hard it can be to design sites the first few times and I applaud your efforts so far. Be patient and keep at it! Hope this helps and good luck with your site =)

actually it needs improvement.... nothing much to offer on the website.. except weather.. .well.... do something unique... like who you are... what are your ways of living... things that people might be interested... okay??? good luck... a good start though...
