Why are Toshiba laptops so cheap (price)?

It seems like Toshiba laptops are cheaper then other brands when they have the same specs.

I don't think they're that cheap but know this, Toshiba is one the best laptop manufacturers right now. There are only 2 laptops brand that i have good confidence in : Dell or Toshiba.

I have never seen a Toshiba laptop, but i will tell you the exact reason just from hearing the name. i will even tell you how i came to this conclusion

1. Toshiba is odviously a japaneese name, so i deduced (it's a word, google it) that they were manufactured in Japan

2. Everyone knows that the little japaneese children go " Chinga lang a lik a fing a fa" (sorry, Japaneese people. I'm not sory if i offended you, but if i just said something about your mother, please excuse me) but that means, that they want to work for the awesome americans

3. because of the adoring children, the mass produced laptops are able to sell at an insanely rediculous price
