• Avanti Euro Bistro • Mignon
• Avanti Ristorante • St. Martin's Wine Bistro

I am not sure of any actual restuarants but you could check with some of the larger hotels, i.e. The Anatole, The Fairmont, which are exclusive and very, very nice. They may be serving Christmas dinner in their dining rooms most of which are open to the public.

I don't know about over there, but here Denny's is open all year around, all holidays included
