I own a shop, and I have a "Chevy Small Block Factory Engine Identification Code Guide" that I'm looking at right now. The only way to settle this is to get the code off the engine. You will find this behind the alternator, on the block, stamped on a pad. The pad is on the passenger side of the engine in the front. It will be just under the head. I said behind the alternator because this is usually where they put the alternator on most of them. You will see some numbers followed by some letters. Example: PKP, PHD, or even one like D7T. You are going to also have to have the Vin number to totally identify it then. It should be a VIN number K. There were a few of them that had a LT-9 engine that only made 160 horsepower, but the rest of them were 195 horsepower. So according to this book it can be only one of two engines, and 95% of them used the 195 horsepower motor.
Glad I could help you. Good Luck!!!
Part 2:
The one answer of 230 horsepower, and 330 lbs. of torque is not what it says in "Chevrolet Power" the official factory performance guide book. An H.O. 350 performance package produced 308 horsepower (@ 5,000 RPM), and 365 lb.-ft. torque (@ 3,500 RPM). This is a High Output 350, and this information cam right out of Chevrolet's own book that I have in front of me right now. This is the performance package (high output) equipped 350. What more do you need?

about 225 hp to the wheels. It's a 350 so the tuck tops out around 110-120. Not really sure about the torque i'd say around 300flbs or so. 0-60 gonna be slow, the truck is heavy so probley around the 10-12sec range.

IIRC 205 HP, 290 ft lbs, and the 0-60 time is gonna be NO where close to the other answer you got. More like 10 sec. 0-60 due to the heavy weight of the truck and kinda low HP

official GM book says 230 horsepower, 330 foot pounds of torque. All these other numbers are way too low. The 305's had around 170, maybe that's what they're thinking of.
