Went to a Dr. today he said its refux whatever that is. I think he really does not know cause my oldest Dr. just got diagnosed w/ Bronchitis yesterday. What do you think it may be? I feel like my ears are starting to hurt now too... Think the Dr. was wrong? I went today which is the day before Christmas seen a clinic on call Dr. He was so quick as well just asked me a few things and boom pow heres some Prevacid take it along w/ Claritin and you'll be fine. I really wish Dr's were more concerned or cared a bit more. Seems like he just wanted me to get out so he could go home.
What can I do to get better my voice is going away, my ears hurt and througt feels horrible..Please help!

Sounds like you are starting a cold, but I am no doctor. That is usually how my colds start, first my throat hurts, then my ears, then I am all congested. I tried that Zycam stuff last time I had a cold and it helped a little, but not as much as I would have liked it to. If you can, try taking sudafed (spelling?), not the fake sudafed, the good stuff. It is an over the counter medication, but you will have to get it from the pharmacist because they are trying to monitor anything with that ingredient that people make meth out of. Anyway, drink hot tea with honey, hot soup, lots of water, and get as much sleep as possible. If you develop a cough that gets worse at night go see the doctor because you may have developed bronchitis too. If you notice white splotches on the back of your throat, it could be strep so you should see your doctor for that too. I am so sorry you are not feeling well, I hope it passes soon.

If you suffer from heartburn, I would agree with the acid reflux. If you do not suffer from heartburn, especially if you have or recently had a fever (temperature of or over 101 degrees F), you may have an infection. Strep throat comes to mind. In the meantime, a cup of tea with honey and lemon will soothe your throat. Also Chloraseptic (sp?) spray or lozenges will numb up your sore throat as well.

It could possibly be strep throat. When I had that, the pain went up to my ears and they hurt really badly. I lost my voice and my throat hurt a lot. Im definitely not a doctor but this is just my input.

gargle with non pasturized apple cider vineagar for the throat, as awful as it sounds, it can even get rid of strep. take 2,000 mg vit c, then 1,000 mg every 4 hours. get lots of rest. sounds like maybe a sinus infection or a cold coming on. rest up, drink lots of fluid, it is almost the holiday,
feel better

looks like a sore throat. A sore throat could nicely be brought about via a strep micro organism or any style of micro organism. it could pass the windpipe and reason bronchitis. you could pass to a doctor and be taken care of if he thinks it warrants medicine.
