I'm sorry to hear this. Please know that over time you will feel better, and you will come out a stronger person. Pain like this is not much different from falling down and scraping yourself on the ground, or breaking an arm. The pain is real, and it takes time to heal. It will heal.
During this time of sadness, be sure to take extra care of yourself. Pamper yourself, eat your favorite comfort foods, sleep in late, and maybe take some vitamins. Fish oil pills help improve mood too.
Also know that you are not alone in your pain. Most people go through heartbreak at some point in their lives. Some people experience it way too often. No one deserves it, but it is a part of caring for another. As a loving human being, it's unavoidable.
So please be good to yourself, and know you are wished well.
Take care!

Pains of love be sweeter far than all other pleasures are. Love is a passion which kindles honor into noble acts.Love reckons hours for months, and days for years; and every little absence is an age. Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need. The reason why all men honor love is because it looks up, and not down; aspires and not despairs. Cheer up this shall also Pass. Merry Christmas.

people see being heartbroken as a bad thing. IT is at first, believe me, I KNOW! But later on it makes you stronger. And you shouldn't keep it bottled up inside because later on it'll explode and you'll go crazy. So even though it's sad and hard now, you'll get stronger and it'll pay off later! Little things wont upset you, and you'll be able to keep your head up high. I hope you feel better.

Awe, keep your head up girl and don't alow that shittza get yas down. I used to bottle that stuff up too. I learned that by writting and keeping a handy notebook around by my bed to write in, I find that after getting my innermost thoughts down then I am able to sleep better.

Oh, I'm sorry. I know that hurts. Talking about it always helped me. Also try writing a list of all the negatives about him. People always said only time will heal and they were right. I'm here for you.

If your heart was broken, you would be dead.
cheer up, heartbreak is the best type of pain, as much as it may hurt.
sure broken bones may heal quicker, and even sting less, but you can shut heartbreak off if you just let it go.
think realistically, figure out why exactly you are sad, its probably not the reason you are telling yourself, its usually much deeper
then, fix it.

It is a sad thing, and normal to be quite devastated. But from the number of thumbs up your friends will always be a great refuge. Oh and definitely his loss. x
