This is the first time my family and I are having this kind of meal for Xmas(we normally just eat it on July 4th). So here it is,
Babyback Ribs
Collard Greens
Corn Bread
Baked Beans
Potato Salad
And For Desert,
Lemon Chess Pie
Classic Yellow Cake with a Vanilla Glaze and Nepolian Ice Cream
Normally, Our Traditional Christmas Dinner would be just like Thanksgiving Dinner but my family has decided to try it different and boy am I glad :)
Merry Christmas To You and Happy New Years !!!!

We're having roast beef (rare, of course) with Yorkshire Pudding, with glazed onions and a tossed salad. For dessert, we'll have plum pudding (home-made), Christ-stollen, and home-made Christmas cookies from which to choose.
