Thats great that u are way too excited to sleep. I wish when i was 14 i was still excited about christmas morning, i always begged my parents to let me open just one present to tide me over till the next morning..
If you absolutely want to fall asleep on christmas eve, maybe take a small amount of niquil. not too much, just enough to make u slightly drowsy, perhaps a fourth of the little cap thing that comes with it.
Personally, i would stay up with my brother on christmas eve and talk about stuff, but i love talking.
maybe u can just stay up all night.. surf the net, play a board game, write a story, whatever. eventually u will fall asleep.
or the day of christmas eve, wake up super duper early (liike 5 am) and make urself stay awake.
by 9 or 10, u will be dead tired...
have a great christmas, to you and your family. i hope u get what u asked for, and u and your family have a very fun, peaceful holiday.

Ask ya mum for a German Christmas, which means you get to chose one present to open on Christmas eve, that way you can wear yourselves out from playing with it then you'll sleep well, or if ya still wide a wake have a pillow fight, that always wore me out.
Merry Christmas to both of you.

Have a cup of hot cocoa before you go to bed. Not the instant kind of powdered chocolate mix to which you add boiling water, but use real milk. Warm milk will make you sleepy.
You might also try a warm bath before you go to bed. Get comfy and cozy, and read a bit - but nothing scary or too exciting!

I had the same problem when I was your age. Next year when you get your first real job, you'll have no problem going to sleep on Christmas eve. Because once you start working, you'll be too damn exhausted from working so hard.

www.SantaSpeaking.com has a great site --- on Christmas Eve you can actually schedule to receive Santa's Arrival Messages (you'll receive one phone call per hour from Santa - they are recorded messages, as to how Santa is doing on his journey!). Do that first, then do the Pre-flight check on their Santa tracker, it will make sure your computer is in sync with Santa's sleigh. Then at 12:00 PM (your time), you can log on and watch Santa actually depart the North Pole! SantaSpeaking.com's santa tracker has keeps detailed statistics you will see the number of cookies Santa has eaten, how fast his sleigh is going, how many presents he has delivered --- THEN at 4pm you can watch hm fly in to NYC, and an hour later they broadcast the arrival into SanFrancisco! One stop Santa Tracker - www.SantaSpeaking.com.
The Arrival Messages, phone messages from Santa's Sleigh, allow kids hear from the Elves, Mrs. Claus - they get the kids involved in helping on Santa on Christmas Eve. They start at 4pm, but you can still receive all of the messages if you sign up later!!
Happy Santa Tracking!

Hahahaha! it was the same for me and my brother.
Take a hot bath, drink something warm, put vicks under your nose and watch tv until you fall asleep.
Otherwise just enjoy being a kid; cuz once you are older it's not the same anymore.

i used to have the same problem when i was your age, then my mom came up with this idea to hide and ornament, and at three in the morning we could look for it and whoever found it got an extra present in the morning. problem was as soon as we had something to stay awake for, we all ended up falling asleep.
