coputer wnt boot up.all that happensis fans run?

the other day my computer went haywire.it started making a whining sound and the mouse would not work.so i turned it off and back on same noise .turned it off again and now nothing.the fans just run and nothing else.its a amd proscessor.

Most likely the power supply is death.

Could be the power supply, mother board, memory, hard drive, or just about anything else.

sounds like your hard drive might have crashed if so you will need a new hard drive then reinstall windows
