How effective is buying and selling new products on EBay?

I am a current ebay powerseller. I have done ebay over the years as a living. I have attended many seminars and rubbed elbows with Pierre Omidyar (founder of ebay) . At first I started selling stuff around the house, then I went to thrift stores (the profit is not so good) . The best luck I have had is with my current provider of the last few years. There are books about ebay..
If you are interested in selling there, i mean seriously sell a lot of stuff... you should get one of those books...
