Most of them aren't too bad the first few times you hear them, but they're like fish--they start to stink after 3 days!
The one that makes me absolutely NUTS is Christmas song by Alvin & the Chipmunks. I totally cringe when Alvin sings the part,"And I want a hula hoop".

"Here Comes Santa Claus". I don't like the line of how, "He doesn't care if you're rich or poor, for he loves you just the same..." Explain that line to some starving street children who desperately need food, clothing, and shelter, why the kids with the rich parents got the nicest gifts, while they were completely overlooked!

Holly Jolly Christmas. Reason being, my nephew once kept making this animated Santa thing play it over and over and over again for like an hour. This was years ago, but whenever I hear that song now, it still makes me cringe.
