Yes. I weighed more than that when I got pregnant and at 7 1/2 months I'm looking pretty cute lol. But, you really have to watch your weight gain or you will just end up looking like a blimp. Try to eat healthy and stay away from sodas. Do some easy walking during the day if your doctor says it's alright. That way, you can make it so that you will only gain weight in your belly and breasts and you get a nice round shape. Congrats :D

Probably not. Your abdomen will increase in size, but the adipose layers (fat tissue) there will deguise the prominence of the expanding uterus. With proper diet and mild/moderate exercise, there is a possiblity you could gain as little as 5lbs and have a very healthy baby. And if you can contain the pregnancy weight gain, you may actually end up weighing significantly less after delivery than the 175 you started with! Ask your MD for referral to a nutrionist or such for guidance. Good luck!

How tall are you? you WILL have a belly, but it depends on how you carry your 175 pounds. You will not however, look like those Hollywood chicks with their stick bodies and baby bellies. But why would you want to look like that anyway? relax, enjoy your pregnancy and watch your belly grow! :)

I was 200 at the start of my pregnancy, my "cute bump" didn't happen till 6 th month...then it gets predominant ...YAY i am now 8 months and totally look pregnant, and I only gained 12 lbs ( so far ) ....lol

yes you will get the cute baby belly and it will most likely be big. it might not sure up til later in your pregnancy but it will come. good luck!!

Sure you will. Your weight won't affect the show on your belly, it'll only add up to your expectation.
