If there was such a thing as a reboot disc, then sure - you could use it.
I assume you're talking about your copy of the Microsoft Windows XP instllation media?

Nope...
the installation will detect that it is being set up in the wrong machine... and all drivers will fail... plus the blue screen of death..
Get another copy

No, it will only work on an e-machines computer. I've tried it.
