It is very common for your bones to spread to get in the position for delivery.. So, you will be sore!! This is just the joys of pregnancy. If you start having pressure that is very uncomfortable call your Dr. cause it's possible for early delivery. Good Luck and Congrats!!

When you are pregnant, your body releases a hormone called relaxin which softens the bones around the hip and pelvic area, preparing you for childbirth.

It drove me crazy as well, especially in the morning.

my hips hurt with my fist, from 3 months on... this pregnancy I didn't get uncomfortable till right now ( 8 months) my hips hurt , and the front lower part of my tummy hurt ( they are called round ligaments) the dr said they were both normal pains to be having the round ligament are pulling to stretch you out... ( baby growing and all)

because the baby is in position to be born. nothing else...you'll feel alot of pressure and probably some pain until you go into labor.
good luck.
