Please, please don't do this. It will only lead to problems and hurt your families. You went without each other this long-continue to live without each other.
Should you both find yourselves divorced some time in the future, then you can go for the gusto. But for the sake of your innocent families, please don't see him anymore.

I vote NO... it will be putting a temptation into each of your lives. The excuses will be made for why your respective marriages are not happy etc..
A yearly Christmas card is sufficient. Do each of our spouses know about the two of you spending time together? If so then go on a double date!
You say you "found your first love"... why were you looking? That is the bigger question.

No. You can't go back. That is just the way it is. Grow up and realize what you have in your marriage. There is a reason you and your first aren't together anymore.
