I vote NO... it will be putting a temptation into each of your lives. The excuses will be made for why your respective marriages are not happy etc..
A yearly Christmas card is sufficient. Do each of our spouses know about the two of you spending time together? If so then go on a double date!
You say you "found your first love"... why were you looking? That is the bigger question.
