In my opinion confidence is the most important factor in atrractiveness. If a person is truly confident in themself then it shows.

There is big difference between confidence and arrogance. I don't mean ********* or the type that think they are the best. I mean people who know who they are and can accept others for who they are.

How does your butt and your chest, or even your face equate to a personality???

Absolutely its part of the package. But there has to be substance behind the confidence. Confident about their worth.
Handsome and pretty people probably have an easier time of it though, they have perhaps a smug self confidence that they can coast on.

Well, yes, I think confidence plays a biggish role in what makes a person attractive, but it really isn't what makes the whole package. But you have to admit, putting some effort into your appearance is also really important.
However, simply being comfortable in your own skin is a huge plus because it gives you an inner glow just because you're happy and not worrying about it.

Confidence is a big part of attractiveness, but not all. I'm sure there are lots of butt-ugly confident people in the world who you wouldn't look twice at. Confidence CAN make an average person attractive, and an attractive person damn irresistible.

Yes, confidence is what pulls you to their attractive qualities while ignoring their unattractive ones, if you see someone standing tall and an aura of confidence, you have at least an initial admiration of them, even if they're ugly, because then you admire their fortitude to be confident. On the other side if you see someone weak, trembling, and hunched over, you'll probably instantly look for their weaker qualities.

confidence is only one part of the equation.
some people like butts others like chests and others like faces or legs. it's the way the total person is put together that makes them and equates a personality that is the biggest part of attractiveness.

Yeah I agree. But every now and than I would like them to feel in need and not so confident cuz then I would feel useful. Like the person needs me around.

Yes, confidence without abuse is attractive. Over confidence is a PITA, because one stops learning.
The ability to understand ones strengths and weaknesses is the ultimate confidence.
