New Zealand is the country that sees it first. But I suppose it would be the town on the FAR FAR eastern portion of the island/country.

It depends on WHAT towns celebrates it.But I only live in America so I would say where New York,North Carolina,and other states are on this side.MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!
