No mattter whether you have a Republican or Democrat in the white house i have found that Americans are so prone to believing just about any ridiculously bizzare conspiracy theory.
In our own small way some uni friends and i invented one of our own for you, spread it around the net and through your 'bastions of learning' and were gobsmacked at the multitude of braindead believers.
I say 'braindead' as a local survey of 8 to 10 year olds down here roared with laughter when presented with the same speculation.

I am American, and do not believe in all these conspiracies. Everyone thinks 9/11 was not commited by the terrorists who ADMITTED to it...they think or Roswell, JFK and Martin Luther King assasinations, and many other stories that have been factually proven to be conspiracies.
I blame Hollywood...because almost every action movie has some weird conspiracy in it. And besides, the minds have been rotted with all this Reality TV of dumb blondes who make college students look like brainless sheep.

First of all, it comes off very rude to say "you Americans". Second of all, where do you get your info to classify an entire country into one category? I am curious to know what exactly this conspiracy was that you so called "spread". The only thing you could spread is some nasty third-world disease.

Not all Americans believe that junk! I agree that too many in American society are a bunch of mindless sheep who will believe almost anything.... but, there are a few who realize that fact is fact....
