There is actually a product by Liquitex that has glass beads in it. It is called Glass Bead Medium. But if you have your own beads that you want to use, you could use Liquitex Gloss Medium and Varnish. This can be mixed with paint, or used as an adhesive to add other materials and as a varnish on the finished painting. It has a glossy sheen.

go to a bead store close to you, you can get the best if u order it from a beading magazine, they always have a place to get them from by the design thats shown. buy it in ae ,magazine store
