No, sperms are made from single cells-- a heart is a multi-cellular structure. This being said sperm doesn't have hearts, hence no heartbeats

no since they are single celled organisms they dont have a heart so no heart beat.....just swimming tails ready to be the first to the egg to fertilize it....

as everyone else has stated, single cells dont have a heartbeat, but if im not mistaken, they have a brain (nucleus)
