First you need to get straightened out a little on terminology --

Our "solar" system is the sun and its planets
Our "galaxy" (..called the Milky Way) is where our solar system is located

Neither our solar system nor the Milky Way are within a nebula.

Solar system? Then no (or else wouldn't we see a nebula whenever we looked at the sky?). Our galaxy? Then no also because our galaxy is much bigger then any one nebula. There are nebula within our galaxy however.

Our Solar system is not in a nebula.
A nebula is a cloud of gas from which stars and planets form.
Our galaxy has many nebulas in it.
But I have never heard of a "solar galaxy."

Do you mean our solar system or our galaxy? In either case, the answer is no, we are not inside a nebula

Our galaxy is the Milky Way.
It is a quite common spiral shape one and our solar system is in one of the outer branches.
There are small nebulae in the Milky Way. Gas and dust clouds.

galaxies dont fit within nebulae. Nebulae fit within galaxies.

We reside in an "arm" of the MILKY WAY galaxy which is not, within a nebula.
