I want to purchase a wireless router for my Xbox 360 but I'm not sure which one to purchase and why. The D-Link 108G looks good but I don't know if I should spend that much money. Any suggestions?

Ive owned routers from three companies, here is my personal recommendation. A linksys 54g router.
I have owned the D-link 108g and not only was my rebate not honoured (twice) the unit started resetting at random under heavy load even after phone tech support walkthroughs and multiple firmware updates. Nothing short of a nightmare. Subesequently I quite literally demolished it with a hammer. Not in a rage, but with methodical and passionate hatred only felt by the few poor souls who have bought such a worthless product.
Broadcom is equally as bad with hardware problems, limited tech support, and encryption security compatibility issues that will force you to return it. This thankfully being someone elses problem in this perticular instance.
I waited a year and went with the Linksys WRT54G after much hawking for adequate hardware. It is of excellent value and performs better in speed and WiFi range than anything Ive tested. Linksys in my opinion sets the bar for others to strive for. Good luck in your purchase!

just like everyone else linksys is the best there about 70 bucks
